Oil Update:

Currently, beaches are closed on Grand Isle; and we are monitoring the situation on a daily basis. We do not know what the future brings, and are now acceping cancellations for the months of June. July, or August. If your reservation is in during these months; please send us a letter stating your desire to cancel. We will apply to BP on your behalf for a full refund minus a $95 cancellation fee. (No one will lose their rental charges while the beaches are closed.) Once this situation has been cleaned up and beaches are reopened, rates will be prorated for the time in which they were closed and will be refunded.). We are working individually with each customer to keep your satisfaction, because most of our business is from repeat customers.

Current Rates:

Interested in spending time at our beachfront Grand Isle camp? Listed below are our current rates. Please feel free to contact us for more information for the perfect getaway. This property is independently owned and managed; which makes vacation getaways more affordabe than comparable properties.)

 Offseasonal Rate: Nov, Dec, Jan, & Feb ....$200 per night, with a two night minimum; stay five and get sixth night free.

Mid-Season Rate: March, April, Aug 16th - 31, Sept & Oct...$225 per night, with a two night minimum; stay five and get sixth night free.

Seasonal Rate: May is $325 per night, with a three night minimum. June, July, & August 1st to 16th...Weekly rate is $1950 (6 night minimum).

Holiday Rate: Memorial, Tarpon Rodio, Labor Day, Fourth of July..... $425 per night. There's a four night minimum.

 
Security Deposit: $200 (Refundable)
Maintenance Fee: $95 per stay. Reservations are booked upon receipt of a non-refundable 50% deposit. We will not hold dates, and await payment. The balance is due two weeks prior to arrival. In the event of a hurricane and a mandatory evacuation is ordered during your stay, a pro-rated amount will be refunded
